The cover is beautiful and I love that you can customize your journal to Monday start. Thats the main reason I have left other planner brands because I just cannot do a Sunday start. However, I encountered several issues along the way. First it took over 3 weeks to get my planner which I planned on the 2 weeks but not almost 4. Then I paid extra for Strathmore paper and it is awful. The pages on the left side of the book are really rough and hard to write on and then the pages on the right side are smooth??! I have never encountered this problem with a planner before. Its like the front and back sides of the paper are different which is crazy to me...Also I ordered my planner to start in August and they started in September?! Obviously I can redate every single month but that kind of defeats the purpose of ordering a custom planner. This was my first experience with this company and based on this experience alone I probably won't be re-ordering. Really disappointed overall
